I was recently commissioned by Charnwood Arts to compose a piece of music inspired by Charnwood Forest in Leicestershire.
Included in the project was a recording workshop, which I ran on location with a small group of participants to capture sounds of the forest for use in the music later.

After composing the piece, I was asked to create a short film detailing the process, aimed at demystifying how this type of music comes to life. You can have a look / listen here:
